A working farm for eight generations, Green Hills Farm is located in the hills of Habersham County. Our ancestors cleared the land and milled the lumber that built the cottage for this special retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
You will understand why our family still considers this our piece of heaven on earth. Surrounded by lush pastures, rolling hills, and picturesque views, relax in peace and solitude. We welcome you as our guests.

Visit the charming and historic small southern towns in the area and dine in our award winning farm to table restaurants. Buy fresh produce that is locally grown, visit antique stores and old fashioned country stores, or attend a show at a local theater. Tour local art galleries, pottery studios, and wineries. You may happen upon local art & food festivals, holiday parades, or local blue grass festivals. There is surely something you would enjoy.
“This cottage has everything you could possibly want, style, bling, comfort, elegance, immaculately clean and it’s sooo unique, it’s what a Ritz Carlton cottage on a farm would be. No detail has been forgotten. Slippers, robes, luxurious linens, dreamy soaps…everything to leave you feeling pampered as if at the finest spa hotel. We are so glad we chose a VIP experience so a local wine and charcuterie tray were waiting on us when we arrived. This is not just a place to stay…it’s a place to experience. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. Airbnb needs to have a higher level of hosting because Lisa raised the bar for super host status. We cannot wait to come back again.”
