The cottage smells heavenly upon entering, and no detail has been overlooked. This mom of two boys felt like I was at a spa retreat with homemade soaps and bath bombs (by) a local artisan. The robe and slippers were just the right finishing touch. And the toilet seat....who knew a heated toilet seat could make such an impact!! I can’t wait to come back!”

“❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Simply the best! From the time I booked our stay I knew it was going to be a great one. Lisa, the host, was there from day one to make sure our stay was perfect. When we first arrived to the cottage I was in awe, but when I opened the front door, I was speechless. Every part of this cottage was perfect. We were welcomed with fresh backed cookies, a hand written letter, local wine, and Alexa who told us everything we needed to know about the cottage. We loved being able to sit on the porch and watch a family of deer enjoy their dinner. We were also able to feed Teapot, the cow, and meet Lisa herself. She treated us like family and we felt like we’ve known her forever! You can tell Lisa loves what she does and it shows. One morning, Lisa brought us a farm fresh breakfast and it honestly was the best food I’ve ever had! I have never had a host as wonderful as Lisa. If you’re looking for the perfect, romantic stay look no further. I am counting down the days until we can return!

“This parisian-country chic styled cottage an hour away from Atlanta is absolute perfection. My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary there for the weekend and we simply loved it! Lisa, the owner, thought of every thing when she put this place together, and the pictures simply don’t do it justice. From the decor to all the thoughtful touches and useful amenities, we had everything we needed to have an off-the-grid weekend. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, this place is incredible! With such a wonderful, thoughtful owner (Lisa), voice-controlled Alexa controlling lights and music, a clawfoot tub, an awesome Thai restaurant nearby, and gorgeous waterfalls in easy driving distance, do not hesitate to book it! “WOW! It was a dream come true! The cottage far exceeded our expectations and was an amazingly unique place for us to celebrate our anniversary. So so many special touches: our favorite music playing with sparking cider chilled on the porch upon our arrival. Fresh organic blueberries picked that morning, farm fresh eggs and sausage in the cottage for us to make for breakfast. Hand feeding TeaPot was so so cool! Lisa is an incredible host!! We can’t wait to go back!!”

“What a fantastic little cottage. This place is a true gem. The decor is fabulously unique. The bed is firm and extremely comfortable. Completely private location but still convenient to everything the North Georgia Mountains have to offer. The standouts are the minor, extra details that made this stay so special. Bathrobes and slippers, fresh blueberries from the farm, sparkling water and chocolates, coffee and breakfast items, thoughtful and stylish decor, lots of toiletries in case you left something at home, an Alexa to control everything and a great guide book are just a few of the perks to round out the accommodations. The experience was amazing. Lisa was very attentive to our needs. She goes above and beyond to create a very unique and quirky atmosphere at the cottage. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken with the amount of cute and unique pieces that make the cottage special. She really takes the time to find little things to make your stay more enjoyable. She incorporates a farm style cottage atmosphere while also adding technology such as Alexa to make your stay easy and care free. The screened in front porch is great to kick your feet up and sip a nice glass of cold wine while listening to the wildlife. We saw deer, rabbits, and the clockwork walk of the cows’ routine every morning as they walk along side the cottage. We originally came to see the town of Helen, but we found it very hard to leave the cottage. If you truly want a nice romantic place to stay with your loved one you will find no greater place than this!!”

“We had the perfect weekend getaway at the chandelier cottage! Pictures don’t do it justice—you have to see it and experience it firsthand. There were many special touches including homemade cookies, coffee ready to perk and personalized messages from Alexa. Lisa suggested some local spots and we enjoyed each one. My favorite things were soaking in the outdoor tub and watching the cows eat while sitting on the front porch. We will absolutely be back!”

“My husband and I needed a little time away to rest and relax, and this turned out to be the perfect place for that. The cottage was nice enough on its own to make us very happy, but even beyond that, all of the time and effort that Lisa put into so many special touches to personalize it just for us made our stay amazing. We felt so pampered. The cottage is lovely; the rustic roots of the building have been beautifully preserved, yet it feels downright luxurious because of all the wonderful little details inside. The setting is fabulous; it is quiet and just secluded enough to feel like it is a peaceful step away from the rest of the world, and we enjoyed seeing the farm’s cattle and even some deer. The hospitality is above and beyond, and Lisa’s communication is superb. We can hardly wait to go back.

“The Chandelier Cottage was everything we hoped for and more! Beautiful and charming with so many thoughtful touches. We spent the weekend there to celebrate our four year anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it! Lisa put out locally made breakfast pastries, organic jam and freshly picked blueberries in the cottage for us. She was super quick to respond when we had questions and wanted recommendations in the area. Our original plan was to go into Helen and look around on Saturday but we felt no need to leave the cottage. We had ourselves an amazing champagne picnic right outside the cottage and listened to vinyl records throughout the weekend. Not only did we love the outdoors shower but enjoyed watching the deer feeding right outside the cottage doors. We also saw cows roaming inside the fenced off farm area. Oh and Alexa (with smart home enabled) is an added bonus! You can truly see all the love that has gone into putting the cottage together and the joy it brings the host to share it. Strongly recommend both the cottage and the host! Looking forward to revisiting in the future :)

“This cottage is full of family history, eventually converted as a great getaway cabin in the north GA mountains, just a few minutes drive to popular little towns. Hostess Lisa was very attentive and responsive to our stay by providing a bottle of wine from a local wine maker, music and flower petals to help celebrate our 12 year anniversary. The cabin was comfortable and cozy with a screened in front porch that my wife never wanted to leave except to eat. We were serenaded with cows in the morning while they fed in the field next to the cabin. A great cabin to escape to from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Thank you, Lisa, for having us.”
